The calculator runs in your browser. The current version does not send postcode, household or consumption inputs to our server or to Google Analytics and does not require an account.
Server logs
Our hosting provider may process technical request data such as IP address, browser, requested page and time for security and reliability.
Optional analytics
With your permission, we use Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-F37R6851GT) to understand visits, page use and anonymous calculator events. The Google tag is not loaded until you select “Allow analytics”. We do not include postcode, household size, bill amount or other calculator inputs in analytics events. Your choice is stored in your browser as wbc-analytics-consent.
You can withdraw consent by clearing this site’s local storage or cookies in your browser. On your next visit, the consent choice will be shown again.
If you contact us, we use the information you provide to respond and maintain an appropriate record. Do not send account numbers, payment information or sensitive personal details.
